The Nottinghamshire Beekeepers' Association

The Association was formed in 1884 with the original Constitution formulated at that time requiring a Membership Fee of 5 shillings.  The  Constitution was revised in 1990
We are an  Association affiliated to The British Beekeepers Association with around 300 members.
Many of our members attend Group meetings either in Nottingham or Newark.  We aim to promote good beekeeping and to support our members in their bee related endeavours.
There are now two Regions based in Nottingham and Newark.   There is no separate membership for these Regions..
All members are entitled to attend any or all of  the events and meetings.

There are also some other informal small local groups.
Members also receive a digital copy of BeeMaster our Newsletter edited by Matt Bates and Greville Seddon..
