The Nottinghamshire Beekeepers' Association
The Association was formed in 1884 with the original Constitution formulated at that time requiring a Membership Fee of 5 shillings. The Constitution was revised in 1990
Please note that we are hoping to transition to CIO status so there are some changes being made ahead of this happening.
We are an Association affiliated to The British Beekeepers Association with around 300 members.
Many of our members attend Group meetings in Nottingham. We aim to promote good beekeeping and to support our members in their bee related endeavours.
There will no longer be Regions.
All members are entitled to attend any or all of the events and meetings. Most are open to non members as well.
There are also some other informal small local groups.
Members also receive a digital copy of BeeMaster our Newsletter edited by Matt Bates .

Nottingham Region Meetings
When: These are held monthly and are usually on the first Monday of the month. If this falls on a bank holiday then the meeting is held on the following Monday. We sometimes have a speaker via Zoom.
Time: 7.30 - 9.30pm
Venue: The Eagles Nest, Gedling Road, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 6NZ
Cost: Members and non members are welcome. We serve coffee/ tea and biscuits. Donations welcome.
